Lavender is a great SCI goat. She has kidded the last four years. She has had twins twice and singles twice. All have been bucks. She gets on the stand for hoof trims and milking easily. She can walk on a lead but may pull some when heading to the milk stand. The first kidding, according to previous owner, she didn't bond with her kid. They chose to bottle feed the kid. Lavender was not properly dried up and has teat damage on one side. She is a great mother, and kids with ease. I have successfully milked her getting about a quart twice a day. When she freshens even if not milking, one side will need milked out periodically to allow kids to latch as teat is large. It doesn't appear completely "blown" but definitely compromised.
